With a Master of Science in Organization Leadership, Leadership & Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts, in Speech Communications, Organizational Communication and a Minor in Gender Issues from Metropolitan State University of Denver; I have tried to educate myself out of my imposed identities, addictions and diagnoses.

I was chased by years of court ordered and self-imposed therapy. I was always looking for more, countless techniques in order to cure myself. Starting with the help of a psychiatric team, medication and loving support of my family I was able to get sober from alcohol.

I then found the IamSober(IAS) app, the Zooms, Telegram groups, the Sobertownpodcast.com crew and the Rewired program –ultimately, these were the catalyst to my awakening. I have used a multitude of programs and tools to find the answers and to break free of the trauma(s) within.

I want to become and show the world there is freedom on the other side of pain. I am becoming anew. I see now who I am. I will use my past to inspire others to find forward momentum toward their soul’s purpose.

I’m a person who truly believes in love and a youthful spirit. We must learn to survive in an environment that continues to change and become increasingly more challenging. This makes many of us stray from our core values, beliefs and we forget that there are others around us that can help.

People need people to survive but they need people they love to thrive. I have learned a lot through my experiences and have chosen the entrepreneurial route for the second part of my life the first part being a government employee.

I can mentor and help others achieve what they are truly capable of once we focus in on what and who they love. If you achieve this you can move mountains while maintaining a youthful and un-weighted down spirit.

These are a few things I believe in:

1) If someone has done something bad in the past treat them with love and hope no punish and pain.

2) I believe you may not and are not allowed to judge people by how the look only by the heart they have. Looks don’t matter you were born with it by the heart you get a choice with it

3) to believe in all beliefs and hopes even if you don’t think they matter lots

These few things tell so much of me so as your guide.
I will show all of this even if anything happens.
